Following his inspiration and the rhythm of Nature, our Chef prepares our tasting menu every day. There’s no à la carte menu — you’ll find everything fresh, prepared to order. Four courses, inspired by Trentino tradition and beyond.
The restaurant is also open to outside Guests, by reservation, for both lunch and dinner. Due to our particularly intimate and romantic atmosphere, children under 12 are not admitted in the evening. Children of all ages are, however, welcome at lunch.
You can be seated in our dining room, or reserve the Stube with its fireplace for your party, while our veranda offers a breathtaking view. Weather permitting, our outdoor tables will immerse you even further in the surrounding Nature.

At the breakfast buffet you’ll find bread, homemade jams and pastries, honey, cured meats, cheese and yoghurt. We cook your eggs to order, and prepare your coffee or cappuccino with just as much heart.
No hot drinks from an automatic machine, no single-use plastic, no mass-produced products: savour the essence of the Dolomites first thing in the morning, with a genuine breakfast and a breathtaking view.
In 2011, Chalet Fogajard was rebuilt using eco-friendly construction methods, with local wood and stone. Since then, every decision has followed the same direction.
That’s why we’ve installed solar panels and systems to reduce energy and water waste, including the reuse of rainwater, and why our kitchen uses ingredients that are, as far as possible, local, seasonal and organic.
Chalet Fogajard began life as a family home from the 1960s, where Paola spent much of the year with her siblings, her mother Amelia and her father Renzo.
“From the 1990s, together with her husband Edoardo, she chose to change her life and stay here, where their three children, Thomas, Stefano and Greta, were born. Her love for these mountains was too strong to imagine any other life.
For us, sustainability isn’t just a word — it’s about everything we consume, including the land itself, and above all, the way we live in relation to the environment. We are in the Adamello Brenta Nature Park, a precious and fragile place to be preserved, both as residents and as guests.
We’ve eliminated plastic and single-use items, and reduced anything that could disturb the balance of Nature. At night, for example, the absence of artificial lighting leaves room for the forest’s animals and a starry sky like you’ve never seen before.
At Chalet Fogajard, we want to share with you the value of the essential things: time lived fully, Nature, silence, the presence of the people you love. We put you at the centre of everything, with genuine care, without excess or unnecessary distractions. Often, it’s the simplest things that leave the deepest memory.
The Canticle of the Creatures has inspired our life and our six double rooms. Four, with a balcony, look out over the Brenta Dolomites; two embrace you with the scent of Swiss pine wood. All are furnished with natural materials, none has a TV, and Wi-Fi is available only when you need it. At Chalet Fogajard, true luxury means rediscovering peace, Nature, and the time to reconnect with yourself and the people you love.
For an intimate wedding, an anniversary, a special occasion, or a few days with family or friends, you can book the entire Chalet exclusively for yourselves. All six rooms, the restaurant and the wellness area will be dedicated solely to your group.
Our Chef will take care of delighting your palates, while Paola and Edoardo will help you plan your days. For a few days, Chalet Fogajard will become your very own home in the Dolomites, just for you.
Your only task will be to enjoy your time together. We’ll take care of everything else.
Book your wellness time, slow down, and let your body set a new rhythm. The warmth of the sauna, the steam of the Turkish bath, sensory showers, and the contrast of the ice waterfall accompany your moment of wellbeing. Relax, sip a warm herbal tea — this moment is all yours.
The wellness area is reserved for Chalet Guests from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm, for a small supplement. For an even more intimate experience, you can request the Private Spa.
In the morning, it’s also open to outside Guests, by reservation, with entry from 10:30 am and lunch included at 12:30 pm.

In your room, you’ll find a box where you can lock away your smartphone for an hour, a day, or even your whole stay. It’s not a ban — if you need to work or want to stay connected, the Wi-Fi is there. The choice is yours.
Discovery
Colour in a mandala, take in the view without photographing it, use a real camera, or try spending more time without notifications. Chalet Fogajard turns digital detox into small challenges. Complete them, and there’s even a reward waiting for you at the end.
The mountain awakens. The woods turn green again, the meadows fill with flowers, and the days grow milder. The perfect time to walk in the warmth of the Sun, breathe in fresh air, and watch Nature come back to life.
At Chalet Fogajard, you can enjoy this season at your own pace, far from the more crowded trails.

Chalet Fogajard is located on the most scenic stretch of the Dolomiti Brenta Bike route.
The foliage sets the woods alight with yellow, red and orange, while the mountain grows quieter and more intimate. Make the most of this season to enjoy the views, photograph the colours, savour seasonal cuisine, and slow down.
When you return, the warmth of the fireplace, the wellness area and the intimate atmosphere of Chalet Fogajard will be waiting for you.
Snow, skiing and days spent outdoors. Edoardo, a ski instructor, can advise you on how best to experience the Brenta Dolomites depending on weather conditions and your ability. We partner with the Madonna di Campiglio Alpine Guides to help you enjoy a range of experiences safely.
To reach the ski lifts, you can book the Chalet’s shuttle service.
Chalet Fogajard is located in Madonna di Campiglio, nestled in the woods and overlooking the Brenta Dolomites, about 1.5 km from the village.
“In summer, the Chalet can be reached via about 1.5 km of dirt road. The main access is from the Via Castelletto Inferiore / Hotel Hermitage area, or from the state road between Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo. Continue straight until you reach a stone arch from an old lime kiln, turn left, and the dirt road will start to descend — another 150 metres and you’ll have arrived.
You can also reach us with an easy 1.5 km (30-minute) walk through the woods, with beautiful views of the Brenta Dolomites. For guests coming to dinner at the Chalet on foot, a shuttle service is available for the return journey.
If you’re arriving by car in winter, it’s important to call us before setting off to check road conditions. If there’s snow or the road is impassable, call us on 0465 442619 and we’ll come and pick you up with a suitable vehicle. We also offer a shuttle service to the ski lifts.
Winter check-in is by 6:00 pm. Cars are left in a covered garage in Madonna di Campiglio, with a supplement of €15 per night.
The transfer service is not available in the evening or at night: if you plan to go out frequently in the evening, we recommend choosing accommodation in the centre of Madonna di Campiglio.
Even in winter, you can reach us on foot through the woods, about 1.5 km (30 minutes), enjoying beautiful views of the Brenta Dolomites — perhaps with snowshoes. For guests coming to dinner at the Chalet, a shuttle service is available for the return journey.
